Jasper (Uncolored) New OC

Haha, I make a lot of new OC's and then never draw them again... >.>
But anyway, this is Jasper. Not really sure what species he is, but yeah..

Sex: M
Type: Electric/Demon
Eats: Sea salt ice cream, sour candy, energy drinks.
Personality: A trickster, but has a weakness for cute things. c: Not as mean as he looks. He is very playful, too.
Likes: Electricity, magic, potions, strange things. Also loves electronic music, flashing lights, raves, etc. (He also loves butterflies and cute things, hehe) c:
Dislikes: Accidentally electrocuting things and being feared. Also dislikes slow music, "boring" things, etc.
Noises: Hisses instead of growling. However, his voice is very similar to Stitch's voice from Lilo and Stitch.
May be caught wearing: Potion bottle around his neck, spiked accessories (collar or bracelets).

Notice: Has 3 claws on each foot, no paw pads. Dew claws. Long, striped tail. His mouth must always be jagged. Eye shape can change, but never has pupils. Spiral is common for his mouth, and always a spiral on his side. *As shown* Also, long ears, which don't really have an inside (they're more like antenna). Has a mane. *Not shown: Long, pointed tongue, no teeth, only jagged mouth. He also looks the same on both sides*

Coloring: All white. Stripes are a bright, vibrant, neon blue. Eye is neon blue, tips of ears are neon blue, butt-spiral is neon blue. Claws, tongue, and mane are all black. *Note: All blue areas glow*
